Trinidad Aguirre
Chief Executive Officer, MBA USN
Trinidad is a 100% P&T disabled USN veteran and has over 20 years of professional and non-profit leadership experience. He is reimaging the business model to effectively disrupt the way veterans can get the disability benefits they earned.
He envisions and advocates that ALL veterans should have access to legal representation for VA disability claims, military discharge upgrades, and more…
He ensures that he and this team place extreme emphasis on providing every veteran with the highest quality of service possible.
Chris Ward
Chief Operations Officer, (SCPO USN Retired)
Chris is a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer and 100% P&T disabled veteran with 26 years of service in the Naval Special Warfare community. He served multiple tours in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and across the Middle East.
An honor graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Khaki 194), Chris also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership. Known for his “lead from the front” style, he’s helped thousands of sailors overcome challenges throughout his career.
Jacob Pugh
Chief Legal Officer (VA-Accredited Attorney, USAF JAG Retired)
Jake Pugh is a former U.S. Air Force JAG Officer with deep government contracting, procurement, and regulatory compliance expertise.
He brings over two decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors, supported by an MBA and a law degree. At VetsForever, Jake applies his legal and business acumen to guide organizational strategy, ensure ethical operations, and oversee complex technology, healthcare, and major construction programs.
As a VA accredited attorney, #55664, his background in medical law, executive management, and program oversight makes him a trusted leader in advancing VetsForever’s mission to serve veterans with integrity and impact.
